ANALISIS KEPARAHAN INTERAKSI OBAT-OBAT POTENSIAL DI APOTEK DAERAH PESISIR PANTAI SURABAYA

Abstract


nteraksi obat merupakan salah satu permasalahan terkait obat (DRPs) yang dapat menimbulkan efek menguntungkan dan merugikan dari suatu penggunaan obat secara bersamaan. Interaksi obat potensial umumnya dapat diprediksi dan dicegah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prevalensi dan analisis tingkat keparahan interaksi obat pada peresepan di apotek daerah pesisir Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasional cross sectional menggunakan data retropsektif. Data diambil dari sampel resep di apotek pesisir pantai Surabaya yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2016. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh interaksi obat potensial dengan keparahan kontraindikasi (KI) 1%, serius 8%, sedang 70% dan ringan 21%. Interaksi obat potensial yang ditemukan terdapat 82% interaksi obat secara farmakokinetika dan 12% secara farmakodinamika. Terdapat 65% resep dengan interaksi obat-obat potensial lebih dari satu. Apoteker berperan dalam skrining resep, sehingga interaksi obat dapat segera diidentifikasi, dicegah, dan dimonitoring.
